"My Mazda was T-boned on July 3, 2026–a day when businesses were closed for their 4th of July holiday, including Chuck Swenson’s State Farm Agency. I left a voice message saying i needed to start a claim and asked if someone would call me the following Monday. To my surprise, Within an hour, a person from State Farm called me and arranged to text me the number where I could start a claim online.
The following Monday morning, Sondra reached out to me to see if i had any questions. She first guided me through finding a repair person, then she found a car rental company near me and told them to contact me. What a relief! Normally in an accident that was not ur fault, one feels somewhat victimized by the arrangements and inconveniences that have to be dealt with after. This was not the case with Sondra and the Chuck Swenson Agency, making this grandma very happy!!"
